Karina Castolo

Karina is an AI Integration and Digital Transformation Strategist with experience spanning across enterprise consulting, international organizations, and government. Her work includes architecting agentic AI systems for the United Nations, founding Mexico's first Federal Judiciary Digital Transformation Unit, and co-instructing "Applied AI for Business Leaders" at Columbia University alongside other industry leaders. Through her independent consulting practice, she specializes in knowledge engineering, governance, and solution architecture, bridging the gap between what technology can do and what organizations are actually ready to implement. She holds an MS in Information and Knowledge Strategy from the University of Columbia.
